Australians all let us rejoice

Australians all let us rejoice, the classic first line of the Advance Australia Fair, (the national anthem of Australia) is among the best first lines of any national anthem in existence. It conveys the greatest sense of unity and emotion when sung boldly and passionately. Australians have every reason to rejoice because of the great freedoms and opportunities that every Australian man, woman, and child enjoys.

Reasons to Rejoice

  • Landscape: The Landscape of Australia is one of the most diverse and beautiful of any continent, from tropical rainforest to antarctic, to boundless plains, we have it all.
  • Lifestyle: Australian lifestyle is legendary, ever since Paul Hogans "throw another shrimp on the barbie" TV campaign, the world has been fascinated with it. Because of the beautiful weather, we can spend virtually all year enjoying the great out doors, not to mention our grasp of technology which aids our lifestyle, and one of the fairest governments in existence.
  • Fairness: It had to have a point of its own, the Fair Go in Australia is something quite a part of our nature, it may be acceptable to bend the rules in Australia, but if you harm another person while doing it, it's just not on!
  • Culture: Australia culture is an eclectic mix, from the 40, 000 year old Aboriginal culture, to the first English, Irish, and Scottish settlers, to the later Europeans, to the even later asian and middle eastern, we have it all, and have generally learned to live together!
  • The Weather: Aussie weather is just fantabulous.

If you can think of any other reason to rejoice, send us an email.

Australians

What does it mean to be an Australian?

One may ask, do I have a right to be happy? Am I Australian?

Most people that call them selves Australian have citizenship in the country, but it's not always like that, the truth is if you feel like an Aussie, you probably are, especially if you sing the Australian National Anthem
